Tunespan broken after updating to iTunes 12.4

Hello,

I recently updated to iTunes 12.4. Now Tunespan no longer links to the spanned library I had set on an external drive. I'm sure it's something I've done wrong but, to be honest, I've tried to understand Tunespan support docs but end being totally confused.

Do I need to now delete the library I had spanned on my external drive, redownload all the content I had spanned from iTunes again, and again respan it all.

Am I going to have to do this every time there's an iTunes update?

Problem solved. It turns out it's an iTunes issue.

So sorry I wasn't able to get back to you yesterday. But, I'm so glad you got this figured out!


I'm not sure that I would have been able to help anyway since I haven't run into this issue, or heard from anyone else whose run into it yet as well. So, I'm very glad that you found the solution and posted back here to help anyone else who may come across this in the future.
