Could not find "You haven't allowed TuneSpan to access your files." in your FAQ's
So sorry it's not clear, thanks for getting in touch.
But, all the necessary info should be in the alerts that TuneSpan presents.
All you need to do to allow TuneSpan access to your files is click the default "Allow Access" button in the open dialog that comes up when you first run TuneSpan.
You do not need to navigate to your iTunes Library in this open dialog to allow access.
