Span does not show music on external drive

Need Answer

I moved my iTunes library to my portable external hard drive. I thought I did it correctly, but my playlists are missing many songs. In any case, when I tried telling TuneSpan where my new library is, and ran Span, it only found 40 songs out of over 3,000.

Could anyone help me sort this out? Thanks very much.

Thanks for getting in touch. What process did you use to move your iTunes Library?

Regardless of what shows up in TuneSpan, is everything available and playable in iTunes?
