Nothing appears in MEDIA LOCATIONS pane
Solved
Folders are no longer appearing in the MEDIA LOCATIONS pane. They appeared when the application was first installed, but stopped appearing after a short amount of use.
I've tried the following and no difference:
- Hide and redisplay the MEDIA LOCATIONS pane
- Reload the iTunes library
- Restart TuneSpan
- Restart computer
- Delete TuneSpan and reinstall
How do I get the MEDIA LOCATIONS pane to work again?
Nick
I'm so sorry for this issue. I have not heard of this before.
Would you mind sending me some screenshots of the interface and the issues so that I can get a better handle on what exactly is going on?

Ah, it looks like you have just accidentally collapsed the section.
This is a downfall of the a change in Lion, in Snow Leopard you would see the disclosure triangle, but in Lion, the Show/Hide button will come up to the right when you hover over the MEDIA LOCATIONS header line. Click "Show" and you should be set.
Let me know if that's the case. If not, we have a bug that I need to address.

That was it! Working a treat now.
Thanks Pico.
