For the last 2 or 3 weeks NoteAway asks me every morning to restore when I start my iMac macOS Sierra). I never had that problem before and now it gets a bit annoying. I checked all the preferences but couldn't find a solution there. Any help? TiA for your answer.

Thanks for getting in touch. I'm sorry you've run into an issue. And, I'm sorry I didn't get back to you in your previous post. Been busy with holiday travel.

This is an odd bug that I haven't seen before...

Does NoteAway pop this up automatically every time? Or, does NoteAway just seem to not remember that you already had NoteAway Pro and your having to click to Upgrade and restore manually?

THX for your comment.

Does NoteAway pop this up automatically every time? > Yes, after every (re-)start of the Mac or the app. I experienced this before, but I happened only every 2 or 3 months and it didn't bother me very much. Now it's every day.

Or, does NoteAway just seem to not remember that you already had NoteAway Pro and your having to click to Upgrade and restore manually? > I'm using the free version, because I only need the app on one computer.

THX again for your comment. I solved the problem with another app named MiniNote.

Check to see if NoteAway has permission to access the storied folder. Is it's folder in the cloud? Open Preferences and click on Security than Files/Folders. If it is not there add it.
