NoteAway asks to restore every time I start/restart my Mac

For the last 2 or 3 weeks NoteAway asks me every morning when I start my Mac to restore. I never had that problem before and now it gets a bit annoying. I checked all the preferences but couldn't find a solution there. Any help? TiA for your answer.

Check to see if NoteAway has permission to access the storied folder. Is it's folder in the cloud? Open Preferences and click on Security than Files/Folders. If it is not there add it.
