Note TuneSpan does not work on developer OSX 10.9 with iTunes ver 11.0.4, if Apple releases this OS in the future TuneSpan may have issues. I just purchased this app as it has great reviews and would like to be able to use it so I'm posting these issues. App installs but after launch just crashes..

I'm aware of the issues with OS X 10.9 Mavericks and have fixed them in the TuneSpan source.
I have an update waiting for review with Apple that fully supports OS X 10.9, and has some other nice improvements as well. I hope that it'll be approved by Apple and available this week.
I'll post back here when the update is available on the Mac App Store.
