NAS and iTunes using tunespan

I am have a WD NAS which i would like to put my iTunes movies on yet when i try to span it with tunespan it fails .... have you heard of this issue if so, any ideas?

Would you mind sending a screenshot of the Span Results? The failure reason that TuneSpan lists for each track if important to understanding the problem.

Hi Pico,
Tunespan is in crash recovery mode and i can't get out of it. I can't span any files, change the span folder, etc Image attached.

Strange that TuneSpan got into Crash Recovery Mode with nothing in the Spanning Queue, that should not have happened.
But, it's simple to get out of Crash Recovery Mode. Just quit TuneSpan and when you're prompted about Crash Recovery, just choose "Quit & Don't Recover"
Do you remember if and when TuneSpan crashed while spanning to cause it to go into crash recovery mode?

Good thought...but it didn't work. Still in Crash Recovery mode and can not span anything. It's like the app is hung. do i need to re-install the app?

Pico, got it out of Crash Recovery mode....i am now trying to span one iTunes movies to the NAS will let you know how it goes.
