Move Movies from One drive to another, but the original drive did not show the free space available

Need Answer

Yesterday I moved my iTunes movie library from one external drive to another. But the source drive did not show the decrease in available storage from 4 TB to 3 TB. Have I missed a step about clearing something? I do not see the movies any longer on the original source external drive.

Sounds like you may just need to empty the trash... did you already empty it after the span?

To be extra safe, TuneSpan moves original files to the trash instead of deleting them immediately.

I had the same problem on Mac. Nothing in the trash. Rebooted and then they showed up in the trash. Using v1.3.1.

I have seen this issue on occasion before. I believe it is actually a Finder bug. The files are indeed in the trash but they don't show immediately for some reason. It usually happened when the files were being trashed from an external drive. One workaround was to add something else to the trash (like an empty folder) and then everything would appear in the trash like it should.
