Thanks for getting in touch. This could be because of 1 of 2 things.

First off, the Media Locations list only shows locations for the current selection. Whether that is the current media type selected, or the current playlist selected.

If you don't have any TV Shows on your internal drive anymore, then that drive wouldn't show up in the Media Locations list when you're viewing TV Shows.

But, the other problem may be a new bug with iTunes 12.2. Things have changed in the iTunes Library XML file in iTunes 12.2 that have cause TuneSpan to mis-categorize media. Some TV Shows, Movies, etc are getting incorrectly lumped into the Music media type.

I'm working on an update for this, I've just also been incorporating some fixes for OS X 10.11 El Capitan as well as come new features and other bug fixes. Life has also been hectic lately so the update has taken me longer than I had hoped. But, I'm on it!

TuneSpan 1.3 is now available on the Mac App Store http://mas.tunespan.com

All your media will now be organized into the correct media types in the TuneSpan UI as well as the spanned media folder organization.

I even took it a step further so that TuneSpan will offer to reorganize any previously spanned media that got put into the wrong media types folders from using the previous version of TuneSpan with iTunes 12.2 :-) All you gotta do is launch TuneSpan 1.3 and it should offer to reorganize your files automatically.
