I first feel obliged to say that you should not expect all applications to work perfectly when installing and using a pre-release version of OS X (or any operating system). Especially one what has major changes such as the UI overhaul in Yosemite. You should expect to run into bugs and it is never advised to install pre-release software on your primary system.
I do have an update for NoteAway in the works that will bring support for Yosemite, as well as a few other nice changes. But, I can't give an exact deadline on that release just yet, other than I plan on having it before Apple releases Yosemite.
But, I would like to hear about the specifics of what issues your having with NoteAway on Yosemite. You may have run into an issue I have not found yet, but I believe I've got it pretty much worked out.

Thanks so much for your reply. Since I paid for the pro version I just wanted to make sure that NoteAway is still being developed. Looking forward to using NA for Yosemite.
Thanks

It could be in either a hidden location in iCloud, or stored locally.
Do you remember if you had iCloud enabled when you first started using NoteAway?
Did you even change the library location in the preferences when using NoteAway?
This issue might be caused by some files being partially downloaded through iCloud, a lot of other stuff may be getting transferred through iCloud at the moment after upgrading. It's possible that it could just start working after all the uploading and downloading through iCloud is done.
None the less, NoteAway should not crash if that's the case.

How exactly is it not responding?
Can you send a screenshot or video of the behavior you're seeing?
Have you tried restarting since you updated?

I haven't seen this crash before.
Would you mind copying and pasting all of the Problem Details text and posting it here?

Thank you for posting this, I'll look into it sometime this week (juggling a few different things right now).
In the mean time, do you know where your NoteAway Library is located?

Good news, deleted the plist file and uninstalled the app, then reinstalled from mas and everything is back to normal. Thanks...
