I'm sorry, I don't too much about downgrading to iTunes 10.
I'm sure you can find some detailed info online, maybe directly from Apple.
I know it's not a straight forward process, I think you will need to retrieve an old version of your iTunes database as the current one has been updated for iTunes 11.
If you have updated your library since using iTunes 11, there may be some issues since you will be reverting back to the state of the library before using 11.
Have you added any media or spanned any tracks since updating to iTunes 11?
