The reason SizeWell does not support all application equally is because of how each application was written. SizeWell is written as a SIMBL plugin and will only work with native Cocoa applications.
Some application like Firefox are written using a Cocoa wrapper to make cross compatibility easier for the developers, because of this, it is not 100% native, some things are not setup exactly like a native Cooca application. In the latest version of SizeWell (0.8) which should be out soon, there will be better support for applications like Firefox, but it will still not be 100% compatible.
Applications like iPhone happen to use an NSWindow sub-class as its main window, this need special consideration in SizeWell to be 100% supported. SizeWell 0.8 will fully support iPhoto.
As for Microsoft Office, this falls into the same kind of category as Firefox, it is "native" but written in a way that may not be exactly like an Cocoa application written originally for OS X. Depending on how it is written I may be able to get better SizeWell support, but would need to actually have MS Office on my computer to test. I know some people that use MS Office so I may be able to test in on their computers before I release SizeWell 0.8.
Also, SizeWell 0.8 is a big upgrade which does things a bit differently and should hopefully give better support for more applications without needing to take specific considerations for each "not-so-native" application.
Thanks for using SizeWell, stay tuned... version 0.8 will be a step towards better support for all apps.

Thanks for you reply! Keep it on!
Additional information: I hope that you can fix Msn 2011 as well

I was finally able to get my hands on MS Office 2011 to test with SizeWell. And as expected, most all of the office apps DO NOT work with SizeWell, because of the reasons I mentioned above (they are not fully natively written).
The only exception is that the new Outlook 2011 works with SizeWell. The reason being that its a brand new Outlook for the Mac written from scratch with Cocoa. Hopefully this is a sign of things to come with Office.

SizeWell 0.8 beta released, which supports as much software as it can, but not apps that are not natively written.
Some (Carbon) software just can't be supported.

Marking this topic as acknowledged... I try to support as much software as I can, but some apps just cannot be supported with SIMBL.
