Covers not shown (hidden?) for some spanned tv-shows

Suddenly covers for some (not all) spanned tv-shows are no longer shown in iTunes. They did not disappear ( i can see it in informations - cmd+i). I can make the cover be shown again by the following actions: open "information" with cmd+i, click on "cover", see the correct cover, close "informaiton" AND than change to another genre and back again to the former genre, suddenly the cover is shown.
This way work, but is no efficient for 50 covers. Can TuneSpan help somehow? What is the rease, that some covers are not shown, allthough they are there, somehow "hidden"?

.... and the tool "Refreshing Artwork" did not work. I used it, it ran 2 mins., but there is no change.

On my Mac I found a folder "Album Artwork". Do all covers from spanned videos remain in this folder or are covers also spanned together with their mp4-file?

Thanks for getting in touch. I'm so sorry you've run into this issue.
This is actually a known bug which I have found a fix for. But, because life has been busy and no other major issues with TuneSpan have come up, I haven't gotten the update out yet.
But, I do have a standalone AppleScript that can bring the artwork back.
