Can't span rented movies

After renting 2 movies from ITunes I am unable to drag and drop them to spanning queue. I am using Mavericks.

I'm sorry to say that it's not possible for TuneSpan to span rented movies, but I wish it was.
This isn't possible because Apple chose not to include rented movies in the XML iTunes Library file that TuneSpan reads. So, it's out of my control.
This limitation is mentioned at the bottom of the TuneSpan description in the Mac App Store under the "Is there anything TuneSpan can't span?" section.
