Can't find span location, although program shows it in locations

TuneSpan is saying my Span Location can't be find and I must pick a new one, but as you can see in the screenshot, it is attached. Not sure what to do here.

Thanks for getting in touch. I'm.sorry you've run into an issue.
The question mark in place of the folder icon means that TuneSpan can't find the path.
Sometimes this is because of an external drive mount point changing (which you wouldn't actually notice in finder or anything).
You should be able to fix it by clicking the Span Location area and choose "Select New Span Location" and then select the proper span location though the file picker.
