Does this issue occur with all tracks you try to span, or just a specific one?
I am not sure if all those quicklookd error are connected, at the moment TuneSpan does not use QuickLook, but the Finder may be trying to load thumbnails via QuickLook somehow interrupting the move process. Do you have the a Finder window open the files you are moving during the span?
