Can I store the TV Shows folder across multiple HDDs?

Hi, Can you 'span' a single TV Shows folder across multiple hard drives?
I've currently got 3.8TB of TV Shows stored on a 4TB hard drive. I expect that number to double over the years and I I'd like to be able to store some on 1 hard drive and the others on another one...
