If you can mount the phone as an external drive that's visible in Finder, than you should be able to select it as a span location in TuneSpan.
But, I wouldn't assume that this would mean that you would be able to play the media on your phone. But I guess that depends...
This is getting into some territory that TuneSpan wasn't made for, and I don't think i can really help you with. But, feel free to play around and see what you can do.
Just make sure you have a backup and all that.
