No known issues that I've found yet. But I've only done minimal testing at this point.

PS. Because of how TuneSpan interacts with iTunes (via AppleScript) there are very rarely any issues with new versions of iTunes. If there are, I will post about it on Twitter at http://twitter.com/TuneSpan
I never really worry about more minor iTunes updates like 11.2 or 11.3 anymore, it's been years since there's been any issue with an iTunes update.
I do get a bit concerned when Apple releases a more major update like the version 12 beta they have out to developers. But, even that version seems to be fully compatible with TuneSpan. So, there's no need to worry for the foreseeable future :-)
