Empty Formatting Bar in Big Sur

Thanks for getting in touch. I'm sorry you've run into an issue and I appreciate you reporting the bug.

At this point, I cannot give any timeline on when I will have the time to update NoteAway to fix this issue on Big Sur.

Sadly, I simply do not have as much time as I used to to be able to work on my personal projects.

I do hope to find the time to update NoteAway to fix this bug and a few others in the not too distant future though.

Yes, please fix this as soon as possible. I love Noteaway and use it all the time. There's no other note app that I like as much and this issue is vexing. Thank you.

I'm the OP and just tried this on Big Sur 11.6.2 with same version of NoteAway and it's working.

Same issue, show formatting while checkbox doesn't work anymore. Ctrl+shift+F does work, sometimes, often shows the blank bar.

Go to NoteAway preferences and select Menu Bar Always.
