In the bottom middle of the TuneSpan window, there is a Span Location area which is labeled "click here or drop folder to select span location".
So, you can click it to bring up a menu and choose "Select New Span Location..." to bring up an open dialog to navigate to your desire location, or drag-and-drop a folder from the Finder directly onto this area.
