internal HD not showing in span/media location

I accidentally imported files to iTunes, while my external drive, which is set as the default location in iTunes was disconnected. As a result these files ended up in the media folder on my iMac. I have opened TuneSpan, but it doesn't seem to see the internal folder on my iMac, only my external drives. It also still sees one of my old drives (greyed with question mark in the screen shot) Is there anyway to get TuneSpan to be able to access the folders on my iMac so I can span these files to my external drive?

What version of macOS are you running? TuneSpan is no longer supported on macOS Catalina or newer with Apple's Music app.

If you store all your media on the external drive, you can just use the Music apps Consolidate feature to move the internal music to the current default Media location (just make sure your default Media location is set to the external drive). The only catch is that Music app will not clean up after itself like TuneSpan and will leave copies of the files on the internal drive after they have been copied to the external drive, so you'll have to trash them yourself when the process is done.
