Files of Selected Tracks could not be found
Need Answer
Whenever I try to Span my files to an external HD they can not be found. Do I do anything wrong ? Attempts to locate fail - however, the files are in the correct iTUNES directory on my iMAC.

Seems like it works if I just select one TV season or one movie....but it does give me the error if I try to do multiple seasons or movies.

What is the exact error that TuneSpan is presenting? Would you mind sending a screenshot?
Also, all your tracks that you're trying to span are currently playable in iTunes?
