TuneSpan Not Seeing My Music and Movies

TuneSpan is seeing only a small subset of the movies and music and books in my library.
I have already changed the library, but that did not help (it was set correctly).
I am using Yosemite with encryption turned on, and gave TuneSpan permission to all the drives.
No filters are set.
